- Before you start exploring our treasures, please take a moment to read our Terms of Service. By using our website, purchasing our jewelry, or joining our Miner community, you agree to these terms.
- About Madam Golddigger
- Madam Golddigger is a trade name owned and operated by Juvy’s Gold Jewellery Shop Ltd.
- Joining Our Miner Community
- Miners: That’s you, our valued customers.
- Payment: Please pay in Canadian dollars.
- Full payment required: Before we ship your treasure accept approved Affirm orders.
- Updating Your Details
- Your Account at www.thegolddigger.ca: Keep your details up-to-date in your account settings.
- Accurate details on your login at thegolddigger.ca will ensure fast shipping, accurate shipping, parcel tracking and your order history will all be available to you.
- Cancellations and Changes
- No fault returns $25: If you want to return an item as you simply changed your mind. You are responsible for all costs for returning and all items must be returned in the same condition you received it. We charge a $25.00 reprocessing fee.
- Our fault returns are free: We guarantee our products, such as product errors, order errors or product defects. We accept the return, fully refund and cover all the return shipping costs. Claims must have an unboxing video and the item must be returned unused and in the same condition it was delivered to you.
- Canceling unpaid orders before we ship free: You can cancel before we ship and we can refund the order right away for free.
- Canceling paid orders before we ship $refund fee: If you paid by credit card, paypal for example, there maybe a refund fee that you will have to pay. If it is etransfer, there is no charge, the transactions are free.
- Canceling layaway orders $Deposit non refundable: If you cancel a layaway, your deposit isn’t refundable.
- Changing layaway items $50: We charge $50 to change your layaway order.
- Changing items paid for by Affirm: We are unable to change items or details to affirms orders. The orders, if not shipped, must be fully cancelled with Affirm and a new order placed to changed your order.
- Refunds by credit cards: If it is your request and there is no fault of the Madam Golddigger team there will be $25 charge to process a refund. If there is a mistake by us, or the credit card processor that requires a refund than there is no charge.
- Pre-Orders change items $50: We can try, but we might not be able to accommodate a change as we may already be importing your items.
- Abandoned orders: Any abandoned orders, layaways, preorders, or live selling orders will be automatically considered cancelled. In such cases, Juvy’s Gold Jewellery Shop/ Madam Golddigger reserves the right to impose a fee of 20% of the subtotal amount of the item(s) ordered.
- Payments, Fees and Charges
- Wear now pay later: Affirm approved payment plans only.
- Full Payment is required before shipping unless Affirm.
- Madam Golddigger currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and e-transfers sent to [email protected]
- All transactions are in Canadian Currency (CAD).
- Transparent Pricing: No hidden fees, we’ll tell you before you pay.
- Taxes: We handle Canadian taxes, but you might pay duties for international orders.
- Shipping Insurance: We cover up to $100 for damage during shipping. Additional insurance is optional on our check out.
- Shipping fees are directly quoted by Canada Post on our website’s checkout page. Make sure your shipping details are up to date on your account for a smooth check out.
- Ship with my other order, I already paid for shipping: On the check out page, if you have another item with shipping already paid, we can combine them to save on shipping costs. However, if you choose this and do not have another shipment, your order will be placed on hold until the shipping fee is paid or another order is placed with a shipping fee.
- Authenticity Cards
- Authenticity cards purpose is to guarantee the gold karat quality, never plated or filled, ensuring genuine gold purity.
- Returns and Refunds
- Guarantee: Our jewelry is top quality, but if it arrives damaged, you must record an unboxing video to make a claim.
- Unboxing Video: When you receive your package, record a video of opening it.
- All returns must be packaged in the same packaging to ensure no further damage.
- In Canada, a return shipping label will be provided by email that you can print.
- Shipping and Insurance
- Lost or Damaged: If your treasure is lost or damaged during shipping, our shipping partners cover up to $100.
- Additional insurance is available during checkout.
- Madam Golddigger is not responsible for shipments after the parcel is provided to Canada Post.
- Canada Post does not accept responsibility for packages after they are delivered, that is why all packages are signature required.
- Inspection: They might need to inspect your parcel before delivery.
- Incognito shipping is a small package shipped by letter, with no tracking, no insurance and with no protection but is only $3 and only available in Canada.
- Any customers that request incognito shipping fully accepts all responsibility for the package and waives all rights to any claims. If it never arrives, it is your loss. That said, there has never been a lost letter yet and we have shipped 100s this way. Typically items valued less than $100. Even with a successful history, we do not recommend shipping bigger value this way.
- Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing
- Madam Golddigger takes seriously her responsibilities outlined by the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA).
- If you are engaged in shady business, this is your fair warning, shop elsewhere.
- We report all suspicious transactions and orders totaling over $10,000 CAD.
- Madam Golddigger meets her legal obligations reporting to the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) when required.
- Privacy and Copyright
- Your Privacy: We keep your info safe, but we might share it with shipping partners.
- All content on the site is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
- Usage, reproduction, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited without authorization.

- Billing for Fees
- You will never be charged any hidden fees, the details will all be there on the check out page.
- The Golddigger’s total costs, including fees for postage or shipping (if applicable), taxes, insurance etc… will be provided to you by the invoice or cart checkout before you agree to pay.
- Duties and Taxes
- Canadian taxes are collected and submitted to the CRA by the Madam Golddigger Team within our local area.
- International Miners may be assessed by customs or couriers to pay your local taxes, duties, or import fees and will responsible for the costs in your area.
- These charges are the Miner’s responsibility; any packages that are returned for failure to pay duties and taxes will not be refunded.
- Undeliverable Parcels
- A parcel is considered undeliverable if the recipient’s address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect, or cannot be located.
- A delivery cannot be made because of the unavailability or refusal of an appropriate person to accept delivery or sign for delivery of the shipment on the initial delivery attempt or reattempts.
- The parcel is unable to clear customs or the recipient refused to pay for duties and taxes as required by that method of delivery.
- If the parcel is undeliverable for any reason, we may attempt to notify you and arrange for the return of the parcel, subject to any local regulatory restrictions.
- Additionally, we may, in our sole discretion, return the parcel to you or dispose of the parcel.
- You will be liable for any and all costs, charges, and fees incurred in returning or disposing of an undeliverable parcel.
- Right of Inspection
- We reserve the right to inspect your shipment at any time, along with our shipping partners and relevant authorities.
- Sharing of Information
- By using our services, you consent to the disclosure of your personally identifiable information to our necessary partners only.
- This includes shipping details, to our third-party shipping partners, customs, FINTRAC, and revenue authorities.
- Madam Golddigger cannot control the privacy policies of third-party partners.
- We will never sell your data.

- By exploring Madam Golddigger’s treasures, purchasing our jewelry, or becoming part of our Miner community, you’re embracing our values and terms.
